All is good at allgood
The allgood station at The Refectory is designed as an inclusive station that invites students and other guests to enjoy the benefits of eating at the dining hall without having to worry about the top 9 food allergies or restrictions. Our main goal is to be able to serve everyone, and for that, we must take accommodations into account. Harvest Table’s Registered Dietitian, Madison Fishler trains and certifies all associates who prep and cook for this station to ensure that meals are handled safely and correctly.
“The allgood station serves food prepared without the top 9 food allergens, including wheat/gluten, shellfish, fish, soy, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and eggs. This list doesn’t encompass all food allergies that people can have, but it does a pretty good job of servicing most of our guests,” said Fishler.
Allgood has an individual food prep area including dedicated cookware, pans, and service ware. The team emphasizes using simple, easily customizable recipes to allow guests to add the spices of their liking. All of the recipes from this station come from a list that is pre-approved by our regional team. Tacos are definitely allgood’s most popular dish and are featured often. Other favored dishes include flank steak, sweet potatoes, and other made-to-order station creations.
“We will be trying some new recipes and concepts in the Fall that I am excited about as well so be on the lookout!” Said, Fishler.
